For our in-house training programmes (classroom, online, blended), we take a holistic approach to professional development where the human being is centre-stage: beyond supporting clients in harnessing skills and behaviours in their immediate work environment, Europe Consultancy associates help their clients reach their human potential by building self-awareness, tapping into their strengths, fully using their creative resources, and developing a sense of life purpose. Experiential learning is the guiding principle of our quality, highly-customized “blended” training solutions. We aim for the immediate application of course participants’ new skills and knowledge in their workplace. Our course design is orientated towards their daily needs.
European Consultancy also designs, manages and delivers high quality face-to-face and/or remote coaching programmes – targeting teams, groups, and individuals – across cultures, professions, geographical regions, and languages. They can be stand-alone, or used as part of a management development training programme. In our coaching interventions for individuals and teams, we pull from diverse and evidence-based approaches from positive psychology to cultural anthropology to not so basic common sense. We work together to help them raise the bar of their performance, or integrate new leadership skills and behaviours.
Being committed to optimal translation of our clients’ needs, Europe Consultancy rigorously applies the ADDIE instructional and qualitative process in its relationships with client organizations.
All Europe Consultancy designated experts (designers & trainers) are credited in instructional design from the ATD (Association for Talent Development), hence follow and rigorously apply the ADDIE instructional qualitative process in our relationship with our clients. This ensures a constant and essential close collaborative and partnership relationship between the client’s stakeholders and the Europe Consultancy team throughout the entire service and learning process, from the first intake meeting until the final evaluation.
The key objective is to ensure an optimal translation of the client’s needs, specificities and expectations into a sustainable, effective, impactful and respectful learning solution.
The qualitative process ADDIE comprises five phases:
The Analysis Phase to establish the working relationship and understand the needs/challenges/objectives.
- The Design Phase which encompasses deciding on the overall design of the learning service such as learning objectives, instruments, exercises, activities, content etc., as well as the suggested Europe Consultancy team of leads/back-up and how to ensure smooth availability and continuity.
The Development Phase that involves the actual development of the course material as well as the facilitator guide for a learning programme.
The Implementation Phase represents the delivery of the programme. The trainer facilitates the programme, respecting the guidelines, introducing the theoretical aspects, allowing the participants to practice and work on concrete cases, asking for constant feedback, encouraging intense interactivity, participation and peer coaching.
- The Evaluation Phase that focuses on assessing the impact and satisfaction of the programme and how to ensure a continuous improvement of the programme.
